Brilliant mattress but missing one of them

I ordered 2 of these mattresses and unfortunately 1 showed up. The one that did is absolutely brilliant, amazing quality and affordable but unfortunately I’m missing one ! I’ve tried contacting customer service several times and still haven’t had a response after a few days . I’m absolutely gutted because one of my sons is now left without a new mattress and no one has gotten in touch with me regarding this .
