Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

•    30-day returns from the date of delivery 
•    Easy returns process via our customer care team 
•    Fast refunds once your return has been received and checked 

Because some of our products are larger and / or require assembly, return options do vary slightly by item type.

Smaller items (bedding, décor & accessories)

•    30-day returns
•    Items should be returned in a resalable condition, in original packaging 
•    Please contact our customer service team 30 days from receipt of goods customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk

We aren’t currently able to offer subsidised returns, so any returns are currently at your own costs.

Furniture & larger items

•    30-day returns
•    We recommend checking all parts before assembly
•    Once fully assembled, items may not be eligible for return unless a guaranteed manufacturing fault is found
•    Items should be returned in original packaging
•    We can help arrange a return using our own courier for collection (charges may apply) please contact us at customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk 

All items will be inspected on receipt into our warehouse so processing of furniture items may take a little longer than other items.

If something isn’t right

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll put it right as quickly as possible.

•    Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can help
•    If your item is found to be faulty, we’ll arrange repair, collection or replacement at no cost to you 
•    Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos (if applicable), so we can resolve things promptly

How to start a return

To begin a return, simply contact our customer service team on customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk with your order details. We’ll guide you through the next steps and support you through the process.

Refunds

•    Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected 
•    We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving your item but furniture items may take a little longer
•    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

A quick note on condition

If an item is returned in a condition that isn’t suitable for resale, we will get in touch with you to make you aware, but we’ll always aim to be fair and transparent throughout the process.
