It is extremely important to make sure someone is available on the agreed date at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s). A mobile contact telephone number must be provided when placing an order. We will only attempt the delivery once. Deliveries which have failed will be instantly returned to sender and cannot be re-booked until payment has been made for the re-delivery. Re-delivery can take up to 7-14 days. Please see re-delivery charges below.

If your item has been Returned to Sender (RTS), the following re-delivery charges will apply:

Late Delivery
If you have not received your parcel within the allocated time frame, please call us on 0161 702 5057 or send an email to customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk.
CuddleCo Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
