Baby fitted sheets should be washed once or twice a week to remove sweat, drool, and dead skin, though obviously more often if soiled. Other items like sleep sacks, blankets, and mattress protectors should be washed weekly, or immediately following any leaks or accidents.

To keep your baby warm safely, maintain a room temperature of 16-20 degrees celsius, use a well-fitted baby sleep bag or tucked-in lightweight blankets, and avoid hats or overheating.

The best materials for baby bedding are breathable, natural, and hypoallergenic, such as organic cotton, bamboo, and muslin, which help regulate temperature and reduce overheating.

A baby should sleep in a clear cot on a firm, flat, waterproof mattress, using only a fitted sheet and a light blanket (tucked in) or a well-fitted baby sleep bag.

No duvets aren't safe for babies, our cot bed quilts are designed for use when your cot bed has been converted to a toddler bed with the advantage that they will still co-ordinate with the cot bed sheets.
