Delivery FAQ's
Your complete guide to delivery costs, delivery times & courier information
We charge a flat delivery fee of £3.99 for all orders valued at £49.99 or less. Orders totaling £50 or more (excluding furniture) will qualify for free delivery. Please note that there may be an additional charge for addresses outside mainland UK.
For next-day delivery, we offer a flat rate of £6.99.
For furniture deliveries or large items, our flat delivery charge is £20 for mainland UK deliveries, along with a surcharge for deliveries outside mainland UK. All deliveries within the UK weighing over 25 kilograms are handled by a dedicated two-man delivery team, who will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice. Restrictions may apply, so please refer to our delivery information for details.
For two-man delivery of large items, we recommend providing sufficient floor coverings to protect your floors. Please ensure that stairways, hallways, door frames, and access points, as well as your chosen room, are clear and measured before delivery to ensure that your furniture fits. Alternatively, the delivery team may leave your items with a neighbour or in a designated safe place on your property when appropriate.

We use EVRi, DHL, and Panther. The courier allocated will depend on the different dimensions, the weight of the order and the service selected.

Our courier delivers between 8 am and 10 pm, and in some cases, a signature may be required.
Depending on the courier you may receive a 2-hour delivery window, which will be advised by text message or email.
No, we do not offer a collection option.
For deliveries with EVRi or DHL, if you are not home to accept your order, the courier will attempt the delivery the following day. They will only attempt on three occasions before returning your order back to us.
For deliveries with AIT if you are not home to accept your order, the couriers will return the parcels to the depot and let us know the delivery was not successful. We will then be in touch to rearrange your delivery, please note a redelivery charge may be incurred.
We currently only ship to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Once you've placed an order, we are unable to change the delivery option you've selected.

Returns

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

If an item is no longer required, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your goods to arrange the return for a refund. We are unable to offer an exchange.

Collections cost £10 per parcel, if you're not in the courier will attempt collection.
The courier may charge again for this.
Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be sent via the same method the original payment was made within 7 working days of CuddleCo receiving your returned product.
Mattresses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons where they have been opened or unsealed or rolled.

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of being received, you will receive an email of order confirmation and an email of dispatch with your tracking number, standard delivery is 1-4 working days and next day is the following day when ordered before 12 noon.

Once you have placed an order, we are unable to amend or cancel the order.

Our Cots and Mini Cot beds require a mattress that has the dimensions L 120 x W 60cm and our Cot Bed's require a mattress that has the dimensions L 140 x W 70cm.
We also offer a range of mattresses for common moses baskets and co-sleepers, check your products information carefully for the required dimensions for mattresses.
All our CuddleCo and Mother&Baby mattress can be used from birth and have machine washable covers.
Our CuddleCo Cot and Cot bed mattresses are made to grow with your child, with a quilted hypallergenic side for newborns which has waterproof backing, and a fully waterproof side for when you're ready to enter the potty training stage.
Our Mother&Baby Cot and Cot bed mattresses have a supersoft newborn side made with Tencel fibres and treated with Purotex anti-allergy to give a clean fresh sleep environment. They also have a water resistant side as your child starts potty training.
All mattresses are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
New foam may have a slight smell to it when it is freshly made. Our manufacturers leave the foam to air for a while before it is made into mattresses to allow the new smell to dissipate. Once the mattress is made it is immediately sealed in a plastic bag for hygiene purposes which would trap in any scent. If there is a smell when you take the mattress out of the hygiene bag we recommend that the mattress be left to air for a few days.
We take great pride in manufacturing all of our mattresses right here in the UK.
All our mattresses are delivered flat and must be kept flat when not in use.
The removable covers can be washed at 40 degrees.

Our furniture is delivered flat-packed and requires self-assembly.
CuddleCo furniture ranges are designed and tested to make sure they are of the highest standard and quality.
We offer the following warrnties:
•12 months on our Nola and Aria furniture ranges;
•2 years on any Troll branded ranges;
•5 years on CuddleCo nursery furniture ranges not listed above.
This warranty is based on defects due to manufacturing. Damage or faults due to bad storage, inappropriate use, incorrect cleaning, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents are not covered.

The batch number will be located on the back panel of the Dresser and Wardrobe or on the base of the Cot Bed, it can also be found on the white product sticker on the box listed as the PO number.
Our cot beds meets the EN 716 standard for children's cots and the BS 8509 standard for children's beds when converted into a toddler bed.
The dresser changers are designed to meet the BS EN 12221 standard for changing units
In addition we test the furniture items such as shelves, wardrobes and drawer units to the FIRA FRQG Standards for children's furniture, which are designed to replicate a lifetime of use to ensure your furniture is built to last.
All the finishes meet the EN 71-3 standard which ensures that the finishes used are non toxic and safe for your little one.
If any parts arrive damaged, please do not build the item.

We may offer to send the part, rather than replace the box or item, this will be advised after we have received all the required information.

The furniture is made from a range of materials, each carefully selected to offer you the best CuddleCo designs at affordable prices. We use a range of materials including Pine, Plywood, MDF and particleboard with painted and paper wrapped finishes.
We understand that the decisions we make affect the world around us and try to minimise our impact on the environment to safeguard the planet for the future.
We work with suppliers to make sensible use of precious materials and minimise wastage. The timber used in our furniture is harvested from legal sources. We flat pack the furniture to reduce shipping emissions as it travels to the UK and in it's journey to your home.
Our furniture ranges are designed with longevity at heart - wardrobes can be used into adulthood and most dresser changers have removable changer tops leaving a practical chest of drawers which can be used for many years.
Our Juliet Cot Bed comes with a teething rail.

Yes, each of our products are covered by a Warranty between 12 months and 5 years depending on the product, all warranties cover manufacturing defects and not general wear and tear. Please check the product page for further details.
If your item is found to be faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with the Consumer Right Act 2015.
