It is extremely important to make sure someone is available on the agreed date at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s). A mobile contact telephone number must be provided when placing an order. We will only attempt the delivery once. Deliveries which have failed will be instantly returned to sender and cannot be re-booked until payment has been made for the re-delivery. Re-delivery can take up to 7-14 days. Please see re-delivery charges below.
