How do I apply a Discount Code to my order?

All products are sent by the suppliers we work with. Please contact our customer services and we will contact the supplier on your behalf to find out its estimated delivery time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery on orders to the UK mainland will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Orders to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, and Guernsey may take longer.

If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, simply contact the team on customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk and they will be happy to assist.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Standard delivery on orders to the UK mainland will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Orders to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, and Guernsey may take longer.

Our carrier delivers between 9am and 10pm, and in some cases a signature may be required. If you are not around, the carrier will try your neighbours, or (if a signature is not required) will try to find a safe, dry place to leave your parcel. 
Alternatively, they'll leave a calling card with the details on how to re-arrange delivery. Or depending on the courier a re-delivery attempt may be made without contact. Please note deliveries outside of the UK can take anything up to 10 working days and sometimes longer.
